Meet the Waterville Committee

The Waterville Committee is the sister city organization in Kotlas. While its members were originally appointed by the City Administration, it is now independent and self-sustaining.

In this photo, taken in February 2007, members of the committee are shown in a classroom in Lyceum #3, a primary and secondary school in Kotlas. This particular classroom serves as a museum to the sister city exchange, as the pictures and brochures on the wall behind them attest.
